HELP - Club NECK Questions / How can I enter my personal online space?

In order to access to your personal online Club NECK space, enter your membership code and password in the boxes at the top of your screen.

Your membership code is the eight numbers code inscribe on your Club NECK card or in the Welcome email you received when you applied.

If you don't know your password, click on "Request password", you will receive an email with your data.
