If you need to exchange an item bought in a NECK & NECK store, visit your shop with your purchase ticket before the end of the in course season.

The shop assistant will help you to select another item, or if you wish, will give you a voucher for the returned item's import, you will be able to exchange during one year.

For any exchange or return, it is essential to present the purchase ticket and the item must be correctly labelled.
